DataGate PlusTM Connector
This superior connector features a unique integral shutter that not only protects the connector from dust and contaminants, but the ingenious spring-loaded design also ejects improperly inserted patch cords. The DataGate Plus Connector is dual colour coded for either 568A or 568B wiring schedules and is RJ11 compatible.
Suitable for high-speed data transmission, the DataGate Plus Category 6 Connector has been designed to exceed the highest electrical performance standards in the industry and has been independently tested and verified by Intertek ETL SEMKO for Category 6 component compliance. The DataGate Plus Connector is also backwards compatible with Category 5e systems.
The DataGate Plus Connector has been utilised in an updated and enlarged PowerCat 6 product range that has been designed to offer feature rich products that cater for any Category 6 installation type.
PowerCat 6 Patch Panels
Available as 1U 24 port or 2U 48 port configurations, our PowerCat 6 Patch Panels are manufactured in a variety of formats to best suit your cabling requirements. Each port features a patented spring-loaded shutter which prevents incomplete mating and protects from dust and contaminants. The patented IDC V-shaped contacts flex not fatigue when terminated. The dual colour coding of this panel allows for 568A/B wiring configuration. This patch panel offers both front and rear labelling and is constructed of cold-rolled steel for additional strength and durability.
MOD-SNAP IIITM Module
MOD-SNAP III replaces the angled and flat-faced MOD-SNAP modules (Category 6 only). The product's styling has been updated and a larger labelling feature is included.
This 37.5 x 22mm module is ideal for floor box applications and is compatible with the existing MOD-SNAP wall plate range. A blank module, which complements the product styling, completes the range.

PowerCat 6 Patch Cords
Suitable for high-speed data transmission PowerCat 6 Patch Cords have been designed to exceed the highest performance standards in the industry and have been independently tested by Intertek for Category 6 component compliance.
Available in lengths from 1 to 10 metres in 5 standard colours (other colours available on request).
Cat 6 Premise Distribution Systems
Premise Distribution Systems are used to cross-connect and manage communications equipment
in the telecommunications cabinet and main distribution frames or as a consolidation point where
limited space does not allow RJ45 patching. Molex Premise Networks offer flexible and reliable
high-density Premise Distribution Systems comprising of C6 and C5E termination blocks and
connectors that meet the current international standards.
Category 6 PDS
The 96 Pair Termination Block Base is the key component of the Cat 6 PDS
system and has the same footprint as the Cat 5e 100 Pair Termination Block Base.
Category 6 performance is guaranteed by the unique pair separation
(for the reduction of cross-talk) designed into the base. Manufactured
from flame retardant thermoplastic, the termination block base features
cut-outs for easy cable routing and is available with or without legs.
Supplied with label cards and label holders and 24 4 Pair IDC connectors.
Category 6 19" Rack Mount PDS
Combining all the advantages of a block-based system with frame mounted
active equipment, the Category 6 19? Rack Mount is available as a 3U 192 pair
system with 1U cable management rings or as a 4U 192 pair system with 2U cable
management rings.
Category 6 4 Pair IDC
The 4 Pair IDC block is a high performance connector capable of providing
high speed data transmission. The design utilises split-pair technology
to provide Category 6 performance.
Category 6 PDS Patch Cords
Category 6 PDS Patch Cords are available as 4 Pair to 4 Pair assemblies
or 4 Pair to RJ45 variants. The connector is polarised to prevent
accidental reversal and integral strain relief holds the cable in place.
Category 6 Multi-pair IDC Termination Tool
The Molex Premise Networks Multi-pair IDC Termination Tool is
specifically designed to terminate the Category 6 4 Pair IDC
connector to provide a gas-tight reliable termination.
Synergy Surface Boxes
The PowerCat 6 Synergy Surface Boxes are ideal for use in open office cabling. Available in 1, 2, 4 and 6 port variants Synergy Surface Boxes offer simple, organised installation in areas where surface mount is the only option.

SynergyTM Fixed Wall Plates
This new product family is great for power poles or desktop trunking where space is limited. Consisting of 1, 2 and 4 DataGate Plus Connectors fully assembled in a UK Standard 86mm x 86mm wall plate.
The products come complete with fixing screws. Label features hide unsightly screw fixings. Individual services are identified using snap-in labels (included). Individual ports may also be colour coded using the colour icon label accessory.

ConturaTM Wall Plates
The PowerCat 6 wall outlet range has been designed to complement the modern office. Contemporary styling is combined with the excellent performance of DataGate Plus.
The new Contura product range replaces the Euromod range (Category 6 only). This UK standard wall plate has been stylishly designed to offer a modular product range that consists of single and double gang wall plates (with grid plate), a DataGate Plus module and a blank.
The Contura modules are angled for Category 6 bend radius management. The labelling feature is tamper-proof for extra security, as it slides in from the side of the module and cannot be removed unless the module is withdrawn. Individual ports may also be colour coded using the colour icon label accessory.
IMPORTANT - The CONTURA Module dimension is 22.5 X 52mm (nominal). The Modules are designed to be compatible with the CONTURA wall plate only.
